We’re in an exciting season of growth! Makers is currently undergoing a significant campus renovation that will expand our multi-use facilities and open new opportunities to serve our neighborhood through community events, gatherings, and partnerships. This role is positioned to grow alongside that vision.
THE ROLE
The Worship Director is the primary spiritual and creative leader for worship at Makers Church. You’ll shepherd the worship team, cultivate a culture of encounter with God, and collaborate closely with the pastoral team to craft services that are theologically grounded, artistically excellent, and accessible to the diverse community of North Park. This is not just a music job, it’s a leadership role rooted in discipleship and vision.
